Uploaded XML
IVI XML files and signed XML outputs are processed to run checks, apply signatures, prepare submissions and show results. Normal logs keep references and hashes instead of raw XML content.
Privacy
SignECOC handles IVI eCoC XML files, account records and submission references only for validation, signing, credit usage, support and submission tracking.
PFX sessions
Uploaded PFX/P12 files are encrypted for temporary signing sessions and expire after a short retention window. Certificate passwords are used for the signing operation and are not shown back to users.
Account data
We store your business email address, company and billing details, invoices, credit records and support requests to provide your account services and customer support.
Access
Sign in to view your packages, billing details and support requests. Your account records are not public and require an authenticated session.
Retention
Temporary signing files are kept for a limited time. Account, invoice, credit and support records remain available while the account is active or while they are needed to operate the service.
