Prepare the file and the connection together
A ready XML file does not establish that your organisation's submission connection is ready. Ask SignECOC support to verify channel availability, access and environment. Check the file and signature, submit only through the confirmed route and keep the returned reference. If the result is pending, follow that record instead of creating an unnecessary duplicate.

- Confirm manufacturer or authorised-representative access.
- Use the IVI version agreed for the destination.
- Distinguish acceptance testing from production delivery.
Does a test acceptance mean my vehicle is registered?
No. A test result demonstrates only what happened in that test environment. SignECOC displays submission results; a test does not establish production acceptance or vehicle registration.
